P3A is pleased to announce that Orange Tree Village has been approved by the Regina Planning Commission. P3A is looking forward to heading the design for this one-of-a kind multi- generational community.
Orange Tree Village is an innovative mixed-use project that facilitates healthy activity and connections. The design will contain living space for aging residents, an elementary school, a pharmacy, a coffee shop, a nail salon and other services. Connections throughout the building will encourage interaction between residents, students and patrons with the aim of increasing the quality of life for all users.
