P3A has been engaged by Dream Commercial to design flex commercial space that will provide opportunities for retail and commercial space at the front of the buildings with warehouse capacity at the back.
Located in Harbour Landing the architectural features will include a contemporary design that encompasses both visual and functional appeal, quality construction materials, generous glazing with attention to sustainability, and flexible floor design to accommodate a wide variety of unit sizes. Total size is 86,000 square feet over six buildings.
The project is currently in the design phase and is available for leasing through Dream.
