P3A Awarded the Alvin Hamilton Re-stack Project

P3A is pleased to announce that Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has awarded P3A the Alvin Hamilton Building re-stack project.

Situated in the heart of downtown Regina, the Alvin Hamilton Building is a retrofit of a previous shopping centre. The retrofit was designed by P3A and the building was completed in 2006. P3A designed the building to achieve a LEED Silver rating by incorporating many innovative features and practices.

Currently, the building requires a restack and re-planning to make more efficient use of space and to integrate several government departments currently located off-site.

P3A looks forward to the project and to once again working with PSPC.
